How to Shop

Shopping at Crunch Brand Shop is easy. You can place corporate orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.

To Add to Cart, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.

You will see the cart tab in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this tab at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.

Inventory Availability

When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.

  • In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
  • Pre-Sell: This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
  • Back Order:The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please call 1-833-538-9080 (5 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time) to speak with a customer service representative.
  • Discontinued: The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available.

Factory-Direct Orders

When placing your order, the product will be marked as “Made to Order”. You will then be provided with the production and shipping time, minimum order quantity and options for placing a Factory-Direct Order.

Please note that all Made to Order products will be shipped to you separately via standard ground shipping only and are non-refundable once submitted unless a manufacturer’s defect has been identified upon receipt. At checkout you will receive a separate order number for each Made to Order item ordered. Ordering & Payment Options

Resale Tax Certificate

Crunch Fitness Club Owners can fill out the following link to submit their Resale Tax Certificate, per location owned. Once approved by BDA, Sales Tax will be remitted when appropriate.

Crunch Fitness Club Set Up

A Resale Tax Certificate is required to be on hand with BDA, per each location owned, before Sales Tax can be remitted. Please make sure that you have completed all the required fields and have added your Resale Tax Certificate.

A Resale Tax Certificate must be submitted to BDA, per ship to location. Example: If you order product for your Club, and you are shipping that order to your house, the Resale Tax Certificate must list your home address as the "ship to location". However, on your next order, if you decide to ship the product directly to your Club, then a second Resale Tax Certificate must be submitted to BDA with the Club's address listed as the ship to.

Please note that all Resale Certificates must be current, completed and signed. If your Resale Certificate is incomplete/missing, it will delay your set up. BDA will only reach out to those who have submitted an incorrect certificate.

Your Resale Tax Certificate must name Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC as the "Seller" or "Vendor" (where applicable):

If you are from Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, you will not need to submit a resale tax certificate.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NM, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

International and Canada Orders
Enter your order online as normal, or email your selections to [email protected]. You will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail of the freight charges and order total. Once you have received your notification email, please respond with your confirmation within the next 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within that period of time, your order will be cancelled.

International Payment Information
Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. Crunch Brand Shop is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by credit card, check, money order, gift certificate, direct bill or wire transfer.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via ground, next day, 2-day, or 3-day air.

Dealer Shipping

All dealer orders of $150 or more will receive free ground shipping.

Upon Checkout

  • Upon Checkout you will have the option to ship via Ground, 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day.
  • Orders without rush processing have a 2 day processing time. If you have any questions about expedited shipping and processing, please call customer service at 1-833-538-9080 (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
